Hello
lovelies,
after all
this bottle spam lately let's get back to some polished nails ;) I really hope
you are not annoyed, yet by all those independent polishes I have been posting
recently because I am back with another great indie polish! This is Dusky Sky
from Darling Diva Polish. It was Crystal who made me buy this after I had seen
so many great pictures of Darling Diva Polishes on her blog. So along with
Dusky Sky three other polishes had to come home with me. I went with this one
first because I was in the mood to wear a holographic polish again, which I
haven't in quite a while.
Dusky Sky
is a blue jelly-ish base with fine holographic pigments. I love the color, a
bright blue. Looked like a dark blue on the photos of the shop but I don't
mind. This color reminds me a lot of HITS No Olimpo Apollo. It applied easily
and was completely opaque with three coats. Drying took a little longer and
maybe you can speed it up by applying a fast dry topcoat. I usually do not put
topcoats over holo polishes because they tend to dull the effect. But maybe I
just haven't found the right topcoat ;) I can't say anything about wear because
I just put it on today and it's still looking good.
If you
would like to check out Darling Diva Polishes now, you can find her Etsy store
here
That is my
two cents for today. Thanks for stopping by, I hope to see you again soon!
<3 Sabine
